Logistics Operations Controller (YS81)
Your tasks
- Handle customer enquiries, schedule jobs, and update customer information in the system.
- Coordinate daily fleet operations, routes, and delivery schedules with drivers.
- Monitor job completion and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate records, data entries, and logistics documentation.
- Resolve transportation, delivery, and customer-related issues.
- Identify process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and operations.
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain or other related courses.
