CASH COLLECTOR

Responsible for collecting loan payments from borrowers within assigned areas and maintaining accurate records of all collections.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Visit borrowers at their business or agreed collection location.
• Collect scheduled loan payments and properly record each transaction.
• Issue or provide payment documentation according to company procedures.
• Submit daily collection reports and collected funds to the company.
• Follow up on missed or overdue loan payments professionally.
• Maintain good customer relationships while following company collection policies.
• Safeguard company funds, receipts, and other company documents.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate.
• Experience in collection, lending, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Willing to work in the field and travel within the assigned area.
• Motorcycle and valid driver’s license is an advantage.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• At least High School Graduate
• With at least 6 months of experience in cash collection, field collection, loan collection, or a related position preferred
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy
• Able to maintain accurate collection records
• Able to handle cash responsibly and follow company collection procedures
• Willing to conduct field work and visit customers in assigned areas
• Willing to work in Pasig City and nearby areas
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer and record-keeping skills
• Valid government-issued identification
• Willing to comply with company KYC, cash-handling, and anti-fraud policies
