Job Summary You will organize daily staff workflows, supervise weight management therapists, provide customer consultations, and conduct skills upgrading sessions to enhance team performance. Responsibilities Organize daily staff workflows aligned with customer appointment schedules to ensure smooth operations Supervise weight management therapists to ensure effective and efficient completion of daily duties Provide expert consultation and advisories to customers to support their wellness goals Conduct skills upgrading sessions for therapists to maintain and improve service quality Adapt work schedule to include non-regular hours, late shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required Required competencies and certifications Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the beauty and wellness field Willingness and ability to work non-regular hours, including late shifts, weekends, and public holidays
