Schedule: Full-time/Part-Time, On-call availability required. 3 on/4-off schedule.

How You Will Be Rewarded as an On-Call Driver

Compensation: Competitive pay $25 per hour, plus a $2/hour shift differential for hours worked between 6 PM and 6 AM. On call pay for part-time and shift diff is ONLY part-time not full-time.

Key Responsibilities of an On-Call Driver

Provide professional ground transportation for surgical teams, specimens, and critical medical equipment

Ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries while maintaining exceptional customer service

Adhere to all traffic laws and Trinity Medical Solutions operational procedures

Perform vehicle safety checks and fleet maintenance tasks

Maintain constant communication with logistics coordinators and respond to dispatch calls within 10 minutes

Handle medical specimens and sensitive cargo with utmost care and precision

Qualifications & Skills of an On-Call Driver

High School Diploma/GED required

Valid driver’s license with a clean 39-month driving record

2+ years of driving experience

EVOC Certification required

Excellent customer service and relationship building skills

Experience in medical transport, logistics, or professional driving a plus

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit for extended periods

Reliable cell phone access and availability for on-call shifts
