Mental Health Services Bexley | Up to £45,000 + On-Call Allowance + Benefits Trident Healthcare Solutions is recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee Mental Health services in the Bexley area. This Registered Manager opportunity offers the chance to join a quality-focused provider committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred support to adults with mental health needs. We are keen to speak with an experienced Registered Manager seeking a new challenge, or a Deputy Manager looking to progress into their first Registered Manager position with the support of an established organisation. The successful Registered Manager will play a key role in driving service quality, leading teams, maintaining compliance, and achieving positive outcomes for the people supported.

Ensure the service remains fully compliant with CQC regulations and best practice. Lead, motivate and develop staff teams. Drive quality improvement and ensure outstanding support delivery. Oversee safeguarding, risk management and governance processes. Manage recruitment, staffing levels and workforce planning. Build effective relationships with families, professionals and commissioners. Support service growth and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements To be considered for this Registered Manager position, you will have: Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Health and Social Care. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and regulatory compliance. Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities and/or autism. Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, or willingness to work towards it. A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
