Job Summary: Provides the necessary service of ensuring clean and comfortable rooms for guests and responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest’s requests or complaints. Room attendant is empowered to release the status of the rooms from dirty to clean, ready for use to the guests according to the standard set by the hotel.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course
  • With at least 1 year working experience in hotel industry
