Accountant

Job Summary The Accountant supports daily accounting operations, ensures accurate financial records, and assists in preparing financial reports. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to handle full-set accounts. Assistant accountant/Accountant ·       Responsible for full spectrum of accounting functions. ·       Perform month end closing activities which include general ledger, posting of journals, balance sheet schedule. ·       Prepare GST report submission and bank reconciliation. ·       Preparation of audit schedules and liaison with external auditors. ·      Involve in ad hoc duties as and when assigned. Minimum Requirements ·       Strong understanding of basic accounting principles. ·       Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (MoneyWorks). ·       Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. ·       Good communication and teamwork abilities. ·       Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. ·       Proactive attitude, time sensitive with a sense of urgency. ·       Experience in handling full set of accounts. ·       Minimum Diploma in Accountancy. ·       Full on-site role
