Responsibilities Handle and manage materials accurately to support production schedules and minimize downtime Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently to meet quality and output targets Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues to maintain smooth operations and continuous improvement Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to coordinate with team members and report production status Maintain good physical fitness and eyesight to perform tasks involving manual handling and equipment operation safely
