IT Engineer

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, servers and purchase appication of employee's computer
• Set up and manage company network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, and wireless systems
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure software compliance and license management across all systems
• Provide technical support to internal users and resolve IT-related problems
• Manage user accounts, company cyber security, access rights, system security and compliance control
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services
• Maintain documentation for IT systems, procedures, and configurations
• Support ERP systems and other business applications
• Propose and implement IT improvements to enhance efficiency and security

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field At least 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network engineering Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking, and cybersecurity Experience in network infrastructure setup and software compliance control Familiarity with ERP systems or cloud platforms is a plus Good problem-solving, communication skills and service minds Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic English or Chinese communication skills is an advantage
