QC Engineer Changi/Tuas

Implement, maintain, and enforce the Company's Quality Control Plan, procedures, and quality objectives for ready-mix concrete production.

Ensure that incoming raw materials are sampled, inspected, tested, and accepted in accordance with approved specifications, testing plans, and applicable standards.

Monitor concrete batching and production processes to ensure compliance with approved mix designs, production procedures, and customer specifications.

Review and verify test results and investigate abnormal trends or deviations from established control limits.

Support the development, optimisation, and validation of concrete mix designs to meet strength, durability, workability, and other project-specific requirements.

Work closely with Technical, Production, and Operations teams to resolve production and quality-related issues.

Investigate the root causes of quality issues, production deviations, and customer complaints.

Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and testing laboratories where necessary to address quality-related matters.

Maintain a safe, professional, and positive working environment and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
