MARKETING STAFF

Position Title: Marketing Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct active field marketing and lead generation through regular visits, tie-ups, and saturations in PESO offices, LGUs, Barangays, and local job fairs.
• Create, execute, and monitor online recruitment marketing campaigns across social media groups, job portals, and online communities to continuously capture leads.
• Gather, organize, and track all incoming applicant leads to maintain a healthy, updated talent pool for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with community leaders, local labor officers, and educational/vocational institutions.
• Actively represent Top Asia during recruitment events, field activations, and job fairs, ensuring strong company visibility and positive candidate experience.
• Monitor lead generation performance, channel effectiveness, and field saturation reach, providing regular updates to the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Experience or strong interest in community outreach, field marketing, lead generation, or recruitment marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (both online and face-to-face).
• Resourceful, self-motivated, and comfortable doing field/off-site community visits.
• Fresh graduates with leadership or marketing project experience in school/community organizations are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to work onsite and conduct field work, based in Greenhills, San Juan City.
