LOG/SCM

1.Manage and monitor import shipments from overseas suppliers through customs clearance. 2.Coordinate with suppliers,freight forwarders, shipping lines,airlines,customs brokers, and relevant authorities. 3.Verify import documents and ensure accuracy and completeness of Commercial in voice, Packing List B/L, AWB, and related documents. 4.Monitor import duties,VAT,freight, customs clearance fees,storage,detention,and other related costs. 5.Prepare and verify transportation and freight payment documents for submission to the Account. 6.Maintain accurate import records and support internal/external audits. 7.Prepare import KPI reports and continuously improve import processes. 8.Prepare and issue Domestic Sales Invoices/ Tax invoices accurately and within timeline. 9.Analyze import compliance risks and implement preventive actions.

Qualifications: Male/Female 22 -35 year Bachelor's Degree in science or any other related fields 1 Year English Commurication is good Good use of Computer progams Have good Commurication skills. Khowledge of Import regulations. Risk assessment and compliance management Data analysis and reporting Able to use computer progams verywellespecially Excel ,Powerpoint (SAP will give special consideration) Data analysis and reporting Able to communicate in good english Good interpersonal skils,communication skils planning skils and skil in problem soiving as well. Diligent,able to work and take responsibility under pressure.
