TL Recruitment Solutions are recruiting on behalf of an established and growing children's residential care provider for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join a therapeutic children's home in Burton upon Trent.

The Role
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing safe, nurturing and high-quality care to children and young people within a residential setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading shifts and supporting the day-to-day operation of the home
- Safeguarding children and promoting positive outcomes
- Supporting care planning and risk assessments
- Completing supervisions and supporting junior team members
- Building positive relationships with children and young people
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and company policies
Requirements
To be considered, applicants must have:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years' experience within Children's Residential Care
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and children's legislation
- Experience leading shifts within a residential setting
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Shift Pattern
- 1 day on / 2 days off rota
- Long day shifts with sleep-ins
- Excellent work-life balance
