Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs  Sales: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Service Knowledge: Learn our services, features, benefits, and pricing to advise customers confidently Transactions: Process sales, handle payments via POS/cash/transfer, and issue receipts accurately Follow-up: Build customer relationships, follow up on leads, and encourage repeat business Reporting: Track sales data and give daily feedback to supervisor

Requirements:

Minimum SSCE is an added advantage 0-2 years of sales, retail, or customer service experience. Fresh graduates are welcome Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Goal-driven with strong sales and persuasion skills Basic computer knowledge Friendly, presentable, and proactive
