Debone pig carcass in a processing line for secondary processing Physically fit, able to handle 30 to 45kg weight Able to work in cold (10 to 12 degree) environment Experience in carcass deboning is a primary requirement Experience in Butchery will be considered Able to work non-standard hours (4.00am shift) 6 Day work week.
