SYSTEMS ANALYST AND PROGRAMMER

Key Responsibilities Maintain, configure, and monitor company networks, servers, computers, and IT infrastructure. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, connectivity, and system-related issues. Administer user accounts, system access, permissions, backups, and security controls. Configure and maintain remote-access and monitoring systems used for solar projects and field installations. Assist in programming, database, system configuration, and software-related requirements. Monitor network and system performance and implement necessary improvements. Coordinate the procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT and network equipment. Provide technical support to users and assist in resolving urgent IT and system concerns. Coordinate with third-party providers and subcontractors for network, server, and system-related requirements. Maintain proper documentation of network configurations, systems, access credentials, equipment, and technical procedures. Perform other IT, system administration, and technical functions as may be assigned by Management.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field With 2–3 years of relevant experience in system and network administration, IT infrastructure, or technical support. Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and related network services. Capable of managing user accounts, access permissions, system configurations, backups, and security controls. Knowledgeable in network configuration, server and system administration, and IT infrastructure management. Proficient in hardware, software, network, and system troubleshooting. With basic to intermediate programming and scripting knowledge for system support, automation, and troubleshooting. Experience in network monitoring, configuration, maintenance, and performance optimization. Able to troubleshoot and resolve system, network, connectivity, and software issues with minimal supervision. Knowledge in remote access and system monitoring, particularly for solar PV or other remotely monitored systems, is an advantage. Familiarity with database management, cloud-based systems, FTP, web hosting, and server management is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. Proactive, organized, and able to respond to urgent technical concerns in a timely manner. Willing to conduct field visits and provide technical support when required. Licensed/with relevant IT certifications is an advantage.
