Network Engineer

1. Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure and network systems
2. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues

Install, configure, and optimize network systems and servers

1. Support service desk operations and user requests
2. Manage user accounts and access permissions
3. Perform system backup, data security, and encryption tasks
4. Maintain server room environment and IT equipment
5. Manage IT assets, inventory records, and related documentation
6. Coordinate with internal departments and external IT vendors
7. Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in Network or IT Infrastructure Strong knowledge of network systems, servers, and IT infrastructure Familiar with IT processes such as Incident and Problem Management Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools Cisco certification or related certifications will be an advantage Good analytical and problem-solving skills Service-minded, responsible, and detail-oriented Able to communicate in English is preferred
