Tasks

Take end-to-end responsibility for the further development of our new central product platform. Work with your team to translate strategic roadmaps into concrete product, technology and architecture decisions. Be a sparring partner for the Product Manager and support the strategic development of the product with technically excellent solutions. Take technical responsibility for building new team and promote a culture of ownership and innovation. Develop best practices and support the continuous development of your team and individual team members. Become part of our transformation into a digital product organization and play an active role in shaping it – among other things, by supporting us in hiring the right talent for our shared future.

Profile

Completed degree or training in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification Several years of experience (5+ years) with TypeScript and Next.js environments In-depth experience in leading and developing modern product teams In-depth experience in modern software and system architecture Experience in the orchestration and operation of software products Knowledge of regulated environments (e.g. MDR compliance) is an advantage Experience in working with external technology partners is an advantage
