Position Title: Chef de Partie – QSR Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 3,500 - 4,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client: A new concept of Asian fast-food restaurant, based in Dubai.

Job Description:

• Prepare and cook Asian menu items while ensuring consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Manage assigned kitchen station and ensure fast, accurate service for dine-in and takeaway orders in a high-volume food court environment.
• Handle daily stock rotation, ingredient replenishment, and waste control while following standardized recipes.
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and cleanliness standards and support junior kitchen team members when required.

Qualifications:

• Filipino, Male/Female, 45 years old or below, currently based in the UAE.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie/Senior Cook in a QSR, fast food, food court, or high-volume Asian restaurant.
• Good knowledge of Asian food preparation, HACCP, food safety, FIFO, and portion control.
• Good English communication skills; High School graduate (HACCP/Food Safety certification is an advantage).
