CDP (Hot & Cold)

Position Title: CDP (Hot & Cold) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 5000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client: A high-end casual dining restaurant based in Dubai.

Job Description:

• Prepare and cook all meats, seafood, pastas, and hot dishes according to strict recipes and presentation standards.
• Oversee daily mise en place, portion control, and plating to ensure consistent quality and timely order delivery.
• Supervise and guide assigned Demi Chefs and Commis while coordinating with other kitchen sections during busy services.
• Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards while actively minimizing ingredient waste

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience with strong hands-on experience, specifically in the hot section.
• Strong knowledge of grilling, sautéing, frying, sauces, pasta, meat/poultry and seafood preparation.
• Previous experience in a busy casual dining restaurant, upscale café or similar all-day dining concept preferred.
• Good understanding of food hygiene/HACCP practices, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
