[0580] Customer Support Executive | Spare Parts & Order Management - Tampines/ 5 days/ $3.8k

Location: Tampines

Working Hours: 830am - 530pm ( Mon - Fri)

Salary : Basic $3,400 to $3,800 + $200 Transport Allowance + OT

Job Scope:

Customer Support:

• Provide quality customer service support via email and phone through ticketing system.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and escalate issues promptly when required.
• Resolve customer problems and claims effectively and promptly.
• Promote and recommend new products to existing customers.

Order Management:

• Input customer purchase order into system and manage sales orders for customers.
• Allocate stock and arrange delivery for customer orders.

Customer Relations:

• Conduct regular meetings with customers to maintain close communication.
• Monitor and track customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Reporting and Improvement:

• Create monthly reports on customer service activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
• Participate in customer service improvement initiatives.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in order processing, delivery arrangement,and customer relationship management, preferably in spare parts distribution industry will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel, including V-lookup, Pivot tables, and simple formulas.
• At least 2-3 years experience using SAP/S4 Hana SD module is a must.
• Knowledge in PowerBI is an advantage but not required.
