We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced secondary assistant head teacher to join our team as an assistant head of department. This role involves supporting the head of department in managing curriculum delivery, staff development, and student progress within the secondary school stage.

Skills and qualifications:

Minimum qualification: associate degree

At least 4 years of teaching experience in a secondary/high school setting

Familiarity with the United Kingdom curriculum standards and assessment methods

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to support teachers through mentoring, coaching, and professional development initiatives

Competence in data analysis for monitoring student performance
