Skills and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field (minimum requirement)

At least 2 years of teaching experience in Business Studies or relevant subjects at the secondary school level

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate students

Ability to create effective lesson plans that cater to different learning styles

Proficient in using educational technology and digital resources for teaching purposes
