We are seeking a passionate and experienced music teacher and head of performing arts to lead our performing arts department. This whole school position involves teaching music as well as overseeing the development and delivery of performing arts programs throughout the school.

Skills and qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in music, performing arts, or related field

Minimum of 2 years teaching experience within a UK curriculum setting

Strong knowledge of music education and performance techniques

Experience leading or managing a department or team preferred

Ability to plan engaging lessons for students at different educational stages (primary through secondary)

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Proficiency with musical instruments and technology used in music education
