Audit Manager (CSP)

Our client, a well-established and growing corporate services provider, is looking to appoint an Audit Manager to lead and grow their audit practice. This is a strategic leadership position offering the opportunity to shape client relationships, drive technical excellence, and mentor a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage audit engagements for various clients within their China client portfolio Serve as a key advisor to clients, offering insights on regulatory, financial reporting, and risk-related matters Oversee quality assurance and technical excellence across all engagements Develop and strengthen client relationships, contributing to business development and growth Manage and mentor audit teams, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality deliverables Stay abreast of developments in financial regulations, accounting standards, and market trends

Requirements: Recognized accounting qualification (e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA) Minimum 10 years of audit experience - ideally servicing the China market Prior experience in a public accounting or corporate services firm is essential Proven leadership and team management capabilities Excellent client management, interpersonal, and communication skills
