Furniture Sales and Design Consultant

A contemporary fitted furniture company is seeking a Sales and Design Consultant to join their showroom in Hampstead / Finchley Road, London. The business has gained an excellent reputation for the design and manufacturing of their high-end bespoke collections that include fitted bedroom furniture, cabinetry and walk-in wardrobes.

This role will be based at the flagship Hampstead / Finchley Road showroom and will involve meeting with clients to explore their design requirements. The large showroom has a range of items on display and the Sales and Design Consultant will work with clients to advise on furniture styles, colour, design features and measurements. The Consultant will be able to guide clients and sell them a design their suits their lifestyle requirements. This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen interest in interior design and / or furniture design.

Candidates will preferably have some experience of selling another interiors item such as furniture, flooring, fabric or lighting. Full training is provided on an ongoing basis.

The role comes with a competitive basic plus commission with overall earnings in the first year expected to be £40,000 + based on experience. The role will require working 5 days a week. Saturdays are required with 2 days off including Sunday and one other day during the week.
