*Overview* We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Back of House professional to help launch Halifax's first tip-free restaurant, with a profit sharing incentive. We're serving comfort food off-the-grill, in a cozy environment, with accommodating choices made for all dietary and drink preferences.

This role is for Wed-Sun for a total of roughly 30-35 hours per week.

Wage is $20 per hour plus a share of profits, paid out every payday.

• Help us in our new venture to build a restaurant on a stronger foundation of collaboration and shared incentives.
• Create meaningful experiences for our guests by providing a "highly considerate" restaurant experience
