*Overview* We are seeking a friendly and efficient *Barista* to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food and beverage industry, possess excellent customer service skills, and be capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. *Responsibilities*

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling food items and maintaining food safety standards.
• Manage cashiering duties including processing payments accurately using POS systems and giving correct change.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space to ensure health and safety compliance.
• Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
• Follow food safety protocols including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Demonstrate effective time management to serve customers efficiently during busy periods.

*Qualifications*

• Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours.
