Product Manager

Job Description

• Own the end to end product development process, from identifying user and business needs to defining priorities and requirements
• Work closely with the IT and Engineering team to translate requirements into shipped features
• Oversee the platform's overall product experience across multiple business initiatives
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to turn commercial opportunities into product solutions, especially around new revenue streams
• Work directly with the CEO and cross functional teams on product strategy and execution
• Monitor product performance and gather user and market insights to guide iteration
• Continuously improve the product to support company growth as it scales

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, or in a related product or technical role
• Proven experience working closely with engineering and IT teams to plan and deliver product features
• Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and translate it into product decisions
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across engineering, business development, and operations
• Comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment with evolving priorities and limited structure
• High ownership, proactive in identifying problems and driving solutions independently
• Nice to have, experience in a startup or IT and technology company
• Nice to have, experience or strong interest in marketplace or platform products, creator economy, or digital media
