Production Executive, $4,500 (West)

About the Company

Our client, a well-established Japanese manufacturing MNC specializing in precision metal components for the electrical, electronics and semiconductor industries.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the metal stamping production line.
• Monitor production safety, product quality and daily output to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Lead and guide production operators and toolmakers to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate with production planners and internal departments to meet delivery schedules.
• Troubleshoot production issues and work with the team to minimise downtime.
• Prepare monthly production reports and maintain production records.
• Update work instructions (WI) whenever there are process changes.
• Participate in Kaizen, Quality Control Circle (QCC) and 5Scontinuous improvement activities.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Production Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a metal stamping environment.
• Experience in production planning and process troubleshooting.
• Able to lead a production team and communicate effectively with different departments.
• Candidates with stamping industry experience will have an added advantage.
