Key Account Executive (FMCG)

Salary: S$3,500 – S$4,300/month Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm Location: Pasir Panjang (Near MRT) Employment Type: Permanent

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Develop account plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Negotiate pricing, contract renewals and promotional activities.
• Work closely with Marketing, Purchasing and Logistics teams to support customer requirements.
• Lead and coordinate a team of merchandisers.
• Support new product launches and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and account performance.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and track KPIs.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in FMCG / Modern Trade .
• Proven experience in Key Account Management .
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
