Customer Relations Officer - Golf Driving Range

What You'll Do:

As the first point of contact, you'll help guests enjoy a smooth and enjoyable experience by:

• Welcoming guests with a warm and professional attitude
• Assisting with enquiries, bookings and check-ins
• Processing payments and equipment rentals
• Providing information about our facilities, memberships, promotions and events
• Supporting event bookings and simple administrative duties
• Handling guest feedback professionally and escalating issues where necessary
• Working closely with our golf, café and operations teams to deliver excellent service
• Keeping the reception area organised and presentable

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Enjoys meeting and helping people
• Communicates confidently and professionally
• Can stay organised while handling multiple tasks
• Is responsible, positive and willing to learn
• Is comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential
• Ability to communicate in English. Spoken Mandarin is an advantage for serving Mandarin-speaking customers and liaising with Mandarin-speaking vendors.
• Interest in golf, sports or leisure is a bonus
