Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced Full-Time Lecturer in Hospitality and Business to join our academic team. Responsibilities Deliver engaging lectures and tutorials in Hospitality Management and Business subjects to enhance student learning outcomes Develop comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, assessments, and learning resources aligned with curriculum goals Guide and mentor students to support their academic progress and professional development Monitor student performance and provide targeted academic support to improve learning results Participate actively in curriculum development, quality assurance processes, and academic administration tasks Contribute to industry engagement initiatives and institutional projects to strengthen academic-industry linkages Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism Management, or related field; Master’s Degree preferred Relevant teaching experience in higher education, private education institutions, or professional training environments Industry experience in hospitality, tourism, hotel management, business management, or related sectors Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students and colleagues Ability to teach a diverse range of hospitality and business subjects Familiarity with student-centred learning approaches and educational technologies is advantageous Preferred Areas of Teaching Hospitality Operations Management Hotel and Resort Management Tourism Management Customer Service Excellence Principles of Management Marketing Human Resource Management Entrepreneurship Business Communications
