Housekeepers

Responsibilities: Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards. Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries. Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize assigned areas. Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate department. Replenish housekeeping supplies and maintain housekeeping carts. Ensure lost and found items are properly documented and handed over according to hotel procedures. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries. Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times. Maintain confidentiality and respect guests' privacy. Assist with deep cleaning projects and other housekeeping duties as assigned.

Requirements: Minimum of SSCE/High School Certificate. Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an advantage. Good physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks. Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
