Senior Data Scientist – Product Search and Ranking

Daily tasks
- Design and deploy product ranking algorithms and data models
- Turn business goals into production-ready Data Science solutions
- Run live experiments, measure impact, and iterate quickly
- Work with analytics to test and validate new algorithmic approaches
- Code, test, and ship models directly into live systems
- Participate in daily agile routines
Requirements
Must-have:
5+ years of professional data science experience in live business environments Proven track record of shipping ML models into production Strong ownership mindset and product curiosity Strong Python and TensorFlow skills Openness to utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and quickly adapt to new technological trends Fluent English (B2) for technical and team communication
Nice-to-have:
Search, ranking, or recommendation experience in e-commerce Experience with methods and models related to product search and ranking
Experience in e-commerce Solid math or statistics background
Must have: Data science, Python, TensorFlow, AI, CD pipelines, Machine learning, ML
