Merchant Acquisition Officer/Agent

Foodrun is looking for confident and hardworking field agents to help us onboard quality restaurants in Lekki Phase 1. Role Summary

You will visit restaurants, introduce them to Foodrun, explain the benefits of joining our platform, complete their onboarding, and support them until they are fully active and ready to receive orders. Responsibilities

Identify and visit restaurants and food businesses in Lekki Phase 1. Introduce Foodrun and convince restaurant owners or managers to join. Complete the restaurant registration and onboarding process. Collect and upload restaurant details, menu, prices, photos, and required documents. Assist with POS drop-off, setup, and training where required. Ensure each restaurant is approved, activated, live, and ready to receive orders. Follow up with restaurants and provide basic support after onboarding. Maintain accurate records of restaurants visited and onboarded. Submit regular activity and onboarding reports. Who We Are Looking For

Experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, POS sales, fintech, FMCG, telecommunications, hospitality, or direct sales. Current or former agents from OPay, PalmPay, Moniepoint, Paga, banks, telecom companies, and FMCG brands are strongly encouraged to apply. Good knowledge of restaurants and businesses around Lekki Phase 1. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Ability to meet business owners and confidently present an opportunity. Must be hardworking, self-motivated, trustworthy, and comfortable working in the field. Must have a smartphone and be able to submit reports.
