JR. SUPERVISOR (MANAGEMENT TRAINEE)

• Participate in the Future Executive Leader program by completing departmental rotations to gain comprehensive knowledge of the company's operations
• Learn and develop expertise across various business functions to prepare for future leadership roles
• Contribute to departmental projects and initiatives while continuously improving professional and leadership skillsDemonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and adaptability in assigned tasks

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree (completed or expected to graduate)
• Open to all majors and fields of study
• Fresh Graduates: No work experience required, but internship experience in Manufacturing is an advantage
• Experienced Candidate: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Problem-solving skillsStrong communication abilities
