*Responsibilities*

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
• Maintain high standards of hygiene by disinfecting surfaces and ensuring all areas are sanitized regularly
• Handle waste disposal efficiently, ensuring bins are emptied and areas remain clutter-free
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
• Use commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and requesting replenishments as needed

*Experience*

• Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial or large-scale settings
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, including use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shifts
• Excellent communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues accurately
