Production Manager – Joinery & Fit-Out

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager specializing in Joinery & Fit-out to lead our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee production processes, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all day-to-day joinery factory and production operations.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production to ensure timely project delivery.
• Lead, supervise, and develop production teams to achieve operational goals.
• Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Procurement, Project Management, and Installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure all joinery products are manufactured according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization to maximize productivity and reduce waste.
• Oversee workshop equipment maintenance to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and workplace safety.
• Monitor production costs and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare production reports.
• 7–10 years of experience in Joinery & Fit-out production.
• Mandatory: Proven experience in Joinery Production Management within the fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes, woodworking machinery, production planning, and quality control.
• Experience managing joinery factory operations and production teams.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production documents.
• Excellent leadership, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• UAE experience is highly preferred.
