Customer Due Diligence Analyst (6 months contract)

Responsibilities
- Conduct Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) reviews for High and Medium-risk customers within the MSL business sectors, including periodic reviews and event-triggered reviews.
- Perform customer outreach to obtain information and supporting documentation required for review completion, when required.
- Respond to Business Unit’s queries and provide guidance on AML/CFT/PF and CDD/ECDD matters, applying appropriate risk-based judgment and sensitivity.
- Prepare clear, well-supported risk assessments and recommendations.
- Ensure all assigned reviews are completed within stipulated timeline.
Qualifications
- Degree holder with at least 3–5 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry, preferably in Compliance, or Customer Due Diligence functions.
- Professional certifications such as ACAMS or qualifications from the International Compliance Association (ICA) will be advantageous.
- Sound understanding of banking products, services, and industry practices.

- Possess good written communication skills, with the ability to articulate clear assessments and well-reasoned recommendations.
- Has good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Has ability to exercise sound judgment and adopt a risk-based approach when assessing customer information and addressing Business Units’ queries.
