MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Oversee the overall maintenance and repair management of power plant equipment, coordinating the daily maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting work of the maintenance team to ensure safe and stable equipment operation; Strictly implement the photovoltaic power plant maintenance procedures, develop and execute preventive maintenance plans, scheduled maintenance, and ad-hoc repair work to ensure orderly maintenance operations; Organize maintenance personnel to conduct inspections and upkeep of photovoltaic area equipment, including inverters, combiner boxes, box-type transformers, high and low voltage switchgear, and other electrical equipment – performing checks, defect elimination, and routine maintenance;

Qualifications/Requirements: College degree or above, major in Electric Power, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Integration, Automation, or related fields At least 4 years of experience in power plant maintenance or repair work; experience in photovoltaic power plants, wind farms, or substations is preferred; at least 1 year of team management or shift lead experience is preferred Holders of High Voltage Electrician Certificate, Low Voltage Electrician Certificate, High-altitude Work Certificate, Welding Certificate, and/or Driver's License are preferred;
