Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, ELectrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. More than (3) years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer (Preferred). Strong knowledge of production process, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma). Proficient in CAD/CAM, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office; familiarity with process analysis tools is advantage. Knowledge quality management standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and compliance requirements. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
