Organizational Excellence and Quality Manager

Institutional excellence & quality specialist

We are seeking an experienced Institutional Excellence & Quality Specialist to lead and support our institutional maturity, quality management, and performance improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate must be a certified King Abdulaziz Quality Award (KAQA) and EFQM assessor with hands-on, practical experience conducting organizational excellence assessments, identifying structural gaps, and driving transformation initiatives—particularly within Saudi Arabian government or semi-government contexts.

Requirements

Institutional excellence & assessment

Conduct comprehensive institutional maturity and excellence assessments utilizing KAQA and EFQM frameworks.

Evaluate organizational performance against international and national excellence criteria.

Identify performance gaps, operational weaknesses, and strategic improvement opportunities.

Develop actionable improvement roadmaps, action plans, and transformation initiatives.

Prepare the entity for national excellence awards and external accreditation assessments.

Facilitate strategic assessment workshops, focus groups, and executive review sessions.

Quality management & compliance

Oversee and maintain Quality Management Systems in alignment with ISO 9001 standards.

Plan, execute, and monitor internal and external quality audits.

Manage non-conformities, root-cause analyses, and corrective action plans.

Design and update quality frameworks, organizational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and governance models.

Establish performance measurement, reporting mechanisms, and KPI dashboards.
