About the role An established maid employment agency is seeking a Sales Consultant to assist customers in selecting suitable domestic helpers and managing the hiring process. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service and sales skills who hold a valid CEI certification. Key responsibilities Attend to customer enquiries and recommend suitable domestic helpers based on their requirements

Explain hiring procedures, agency services, and relevant employment regulations

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Follow up with customers throughout the hiring process

Prepare and process sales-related documentation

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance

Provide professional after-sales support and customer service

About you Valid CEI Certification is required or Company Sponsoring

Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience

Minimum Higher NITEC or higher

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude

Able to work independently and as part of a team
