Responsibilities

Collaborate cross-functionally to develop individualized patient treatment plans

Educate patients and families on surgical procedures, risks, and postoperative care

Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation

Requirements

Medical degree (MD or equivalent) and completion of accredited general surgery residency

Board certification in general surgery required

Minimum 5 years of experience as a consultant general surgeon

Proficiency in a broad range of surgical techniques and procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning

Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
