Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Executive

Location: Singapore Employment Type: 3-Year Contract Experience: Fresh Graduates Welcome About the Role We are looking for Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Executives to support cost measurement, claims, and contract administration for construction projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.

Measure and assess Variation Orders (VO) and subcontract works.

Process monthly progress claims and final accounts.

Support contract administration, documentation, and payment assessments.

Perform measurement and remeasurement for subcontractor payments.

Liaise with Consultants, Main Contractors, Subcontractors, and Suppliers on claims, variations, and quotations.

Maintain accurate project and contract documentation.

Requirements Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building , or related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook .

Knowledge of cost and measurement software is an advantage.

Good numerical, analytical, and communication skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
