As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated quality control specialist to join our team.

Key responsibilities

Perform quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

Conduct DNA/RNA extraction and real-time PCR testing according to approved procedures.

Review batch records, test results, and quality documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Ensure compliance with GMP, Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, and internal procedures.

Document, investigate, and report quality-related deviations and non-conformities.

Maintain laboratory records and QC documentation in accordance with established procedures.

Participate in method verification, validation, and continuous improvement activities.

Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities as required.

Ensure proper use, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory equipment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, molecular biology, microbiology, biochemistry, pharmacy, science, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in a quality control role, preferably within the IVD, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or molecular diagnostics industry.

Practical experience with DNA/RNA extraction and real-time PCR techniques.

Knowledge of GMP and Quality Management Systems.

Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
