Technical Site Architect

Responsibilities:

Review and coordinate architectural drawings for constructability and technical accuracy.

Identify and resolve design errors, omissions, and clashes before construction.

Update and revise drawings based on site conditions and management instructions.

Ensuring that the architectural design intent is fully achieved during construction.

Coordinating architectural drawings with Structural, MEP, Interior Design, and other consultants.

Preparing and updating As-Built Drawings throughout the project.

Supervise architectural works and finishing activities on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure the architectural design intent is achieved throughout project execution.

Produce and maintain door, window, finish, room finish, ceiling, joinery, glazing, and material schedules and furniture cutting lists.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Architecture.

Minimum of 4 years' experience in technical architecture, construction documentation, and site supervision.

Proven experience delivering high-end residential or commercial projects.

Strong knowledge of construction detailing, multidisciplinary coordination, and quality control.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Revu, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)/BIM Collaborate Pro, SketchUp, Enscape or Twinmotion, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Project.
