Sourcing Manager

The Company An established and progressive organisation is looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to join its commercial team. The Role You will be responsible for managing sourcing activity across own-brand categories, delivering cost savings and building strong supplier relationships. Key responsibilities include: Managing supplier negotiations and tenders Delivering cost of goods savings Managing supplier performance, availability and supply Supporting new product development and launches Working closely with internal teams and suppliers Identifying commercial and sourcing opportunities Requirements Substantial buying/sourcing experience within retail or wholesale Experience working with own-label/own-brand products Strong negotiation and supplier management skills Experience managing tenders and delivering cost savings Strong commercial and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Be in easy commuting distance from Harrow
