Especialista en reclutamiento y selección de personal - Heredia

Objective:

Ensure the sourcing and hiring of qualified personnel, in accordance with the profiles and requirements of clients, whether internal or external.

Main Functions:

1. Direct and execute the complete recruitment process.
2. Facilitate sessions with clients and the Operations Manager to evaluate the requirements of the position to be filled.
3. Review and screen resumes to select candidates who match the requested profile, conducting phone interviews, in-person interviews, or other filters required by the client.
4. Draft job descriptions and publish them on social media and job boards.
5. Schedule interview meetings between clients and potential candidates.
6. Manage the hiring of new personnel requested by internal and external clients within agreed-upon deadlines.
7. Conduct background and reference checks.
8. Prepare job offers according to client instructions and estimate market-aligned salaries.
9. Present the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the corresponding hiring manager.
10. Follow up with all applicants and keep them informed throughout the application process.
11. Oversee the onboarding process up to the new employee's integration.
12. Generate metrics and reports for the team, including background check reviews, background exceptions, and compliance reports.

Job Requirements:

1. Completed Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Talent Management, or related fields.
2. Fluent English (B2+, C1).
3. Minimum 2 proven years of work experience in recruitment processes, utilizing various recruitment tools.
4. Experience in IT recruitment.
5. Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Work Modality:

Hybrid.

Schedule & Location:

• Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
• Location: Heredia.
